Kingsford Huray Development Pte Ltd (‘Kingsford Development’) is a subsidiary of the China-based Kingsford Group and was incorporated in Singapore in 2011. The Kingsford Group’s extensive real estate operations spans multiple countries, including China and Australia, with an emphasis on commercial and residential properties. Their many businesses encompass a multitude of services across the property development, property management and manufacturing sectors. Some of Kingsford Development’s previous Singapore property development projects include the 512 unit Kingsford Hillview Peak condominium at Hillview Avenue and the 1165 unit Kingsford Waterbay condominium at Upper Serangoon View. In 2019, Kingsford Development was the recipient of the Singapore Prestige Brand Award – Global Brands by the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises.
